2008 Summer Family Conference

MEETING REGISTRATION FEES:

AHMI MEMBER - $270 per person GUEST - $370 per person

MEMBER SPOUSE - $140 GUEST’S SPOUSE - $240

ADULT CHILDREN - $30 CHILDREN UNDER 18 FREE!

Full registration will be refunded on cancellations received by June 30, 2008. Cancellations received after that time will be subject to 50% forfeiture.
